Concept
The Big Underwear Social Tour is an experiment in the social action and reaction of a group of international artists brought together, close together, aboard a tour bus in mexico bound for panama. The tour bus serves as a mode of transportation, a home, a refuge, a courtroom, a middle ground in the highs and lows of life on the road.
Along the path south, the assembled artists perform a variety show in small towns and villages, asking for contributions towards the continuation of the journey south. The variety show is a not-for-profit venture that is as self sustaining as possible. Meanwhile, on the bus, the real experiment begins.
The entire journey would be filmed and documented as well as written about.
It is certainly something that could be shown on TV or in a movie house and the envision would be well received.
